  • Proficiency in Indoor/Outdoor cable installing, terminating, and splicing fiber optic cables, DWDM device/IP device Patching  
  • Understanding Fiber Optical Core working procedures and how to use it
  • Skills in using various testing equipment (e.g., OTDRs, power meters) to diagnose and resolve issues in fiber optic networks/DWDM network/backbone links
  • Knowledge of network topologies, protocols, and how fiber optics are integrated into larger communication networks
  • Experience with fiber optic connectors, couplers, and other components, as well as specialized tools like fusion splicers and OTDRs
  • Skills in working at POP sites/Data Center

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiber optic network and implementation
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic technologies and transmission systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication Skills and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong Communication Skills, good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
