Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR & Admin Manager to handle day-to-day human resource operations
• Handle recruitment & selection
• Manage new employee orientation program and briefing
• Responsible for maintaining SAP HR module including new inputs and updating the system
• First line contact with employees to answer queries on HR matters
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Training administration
• General office administration including purchase of office stationery and office supplies
• Responsible for timely submission of OT, reimbursement to Payroll and SSB
• Liaise with government agencies on HR & Admin relevant matters
• Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by superior

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Key Requirements:

• Business Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience
• Familiar with Myanmar Labour Law and practices
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
• Can relate to people at all levels
• Self-motivated and positive
• Must be willing to be based in Myingyan
• SAP experience is a plus
