• Planning, Supervising and Coordinating all HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, training and development, employee relations, etc.,
• Effectively managing of the entire performance management process.
• Being responsible for the Personnel Administration Management in Store such as uniforms, name badges, etc:
• Providing advice, assistance and follow-up on HR policies, procedures and managing all warning and disciplinary matters concerning the regulation violations.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• At least 2-year experience in HR practices (at least in supervisory level)
• Minimum 26 years old and Bachelor’s degree.
• English ability: Fluency in speaking, writing and reading.
• Computer literacy: Being able to use Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet skills
• Having sufficient soft skills including Communication skill, Management skill, Problem-solving skill, Inter-personal skill.
• Honesty, integrity, carefulness.
• Ability to work under high pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Promote Teamwork: Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers; handle interpersonal conflict effectively.
