Job Purpose

To develop and implement effected sales strategies to drive subscriber base and revenue growth. Required proactive and result-oriented individuals with a strong background in Direct Sales Management, Channel Management and relationship building.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:

a. Develop and implement a comprehensive direct sales strategy aligned with the company's business

b. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base.

  •  Team Leadership:

a. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance direct sales team.

b. Work closely with Region’s team and ensure productivity levels and targets are met

c. Provide guidance and motivation to ensure the team achieves individual and collective sales targets.

  •  Performance Monitoring:

a. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

b. Implement corrective actions and strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

  •  Customer Relationship

a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (ISP), ensuring their needs are met and

exceeded.

b. Collaborate with the Regional Marcom team to develop customer engagement initiatives.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

a. Work closely with other departments such as marketing, Regional Sales, and finance etc to align Direct Sales

strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Performance Reporting:

a. Prepare regular reports on Direct Sales activities and performance.

b. Present findings to leadership and contribute insights into strategic planning.

  • Market Feedback:

a. Gather feedback regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competition.

Education

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in business, marketing, business administration or experience in telecommunications is preferred.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in telecommunications with an emphasis in successful sales management roles.

Key Skillsets (3 - 5 skillsets)

  • 1.    Financially goal oriented. 
  • 2.    Well groomed, polished, trustworthy, articulate along with being self-motivated, self-sufficient and self-driven. 
  • 3.    Must possess a high degree of integrity and accountability. 
  • 4.    Ability to accept rejection; must possess sound decision-making skills, sound knowledge of market and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • 5.    Experience in sales operation management is preferred.
  • 6.    Myanmar, English (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
