  • Lead a team of specialists on transactional banking offerings
  • Developing and delivering a sales strategy that would allow the Bank to secure strategic business and satisfy customer needs promoting asset and P&L growth
  • Enhance the Transaction Banking profitability by being one of the key revenue generators for the Bank while ensuring an appropriate risk level in conjunction with Corporate Banking revenue targets.
  • Drive the development of Transaction Banking products and identity the opportunities in the market to generate strong revenue and profitability
  • Proactively coaching the team members by scaling up their capabilities and ensure high standard of work ethic
  • Identify new product opportunities to influence the development of key new service initiatives and more cost effective delivery channels.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree holder or Master’s degree in business from an accredited University
  • Amicable character and ability to speak with ease with C level
  • Over 10 years of corporate banking or trade finance experience with 5 years of managerial responsibilities
  • Solid and proven track record in Transaction Banking & relationship management
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Proven resourcefulness and ability to work independently 
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and well structured
  • Experience in sales, banking, accounting is preferred
