• Budget preparation in line with overall logistics efficiency improvement, and contingency plans to overcome the possible challenges.
• Optimize organizational performance by having a strategic resource planning, coaching, counselling, and monitoring mechanism.
• Plan and implement logistics systems and processes. Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Enforcing adherence to the operating country regulation requirements on W&D operations activities and provide advice to the market Leadership team for necessary action.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintain/improve the current LOG KPI's performance, and implement the remedial execution plan and initiative if any performance indicator goes off-track
• Frequent engagement with the Regional and Headquarter offices on the performance review, update on the priorities and initiatives
• Ensure all day to day W&D operations are in accordance with group compliance policies. Manage risks related to the transportation and logistics operations.
• Continuously analyze and improve logistics processes, utilizing technology and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs, and improve agility.
• Develop, implement, and continuously update contingency plans to respond to potential risks in the country. This includes ensuring alternative transport routes, backup suppliers, and communication strategies are in place to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

• Any Graduate Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain
• 5 to 8 years of experience in related fields

Technical and Functional Skills

• Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management
• Advanced Excel; proficient with analytical tools
• Lean / 5S
• Strategic thinking with strong collaboration and negotiation skills
• Advanced English language proficiency (oral and written)
