Job Description

Daily Operations: Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns to ensure accurate and timely product handling.

Team Leadership: Supervise and coach warehouse staff, manage shift schedules, and conduct ongoing training to enhance team performance.

SOP & Process Implementation: Establish and enforce standardized SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational control.

Layout & Storage Optimization: Design and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and streamline workflows.

Inventory Management: Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits using the Odoo WMS.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align stock levels and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Performance Monitoring: Track key warehouse KPIs (e.g., accuracy, speed, on-time delivery) and drive improvements based on data analysis.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure the warehouse meets health, safety, and hygiene standards, and that staff follow established safety protocols.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience: 6+ years in warehouse/logistics, preferably in FMCG
• Leadership: Strong team management and training experience
• System Skills: Proficient in Odoo or similar WMS/ERP systems
• Warehouse Planning: Skilled in layout and space optimization
• Process Improvement: Experienced in SOPs, 5S, and Lean practices
