Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
Support the BD Director in analyzing market trends and customer insights.
Manage brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, digital ads, and social media graphics.
Capture and edit photos for marketing, events, and promotional use.
Produce and edit videos for campaigns, product launches, and corporate events.
Manage company social media accounts, create engaging posts, and track performance.
Support website content updates, SEO, and online campaigns.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when required.
Assist in organizing and promoting company events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
Ensure photography and videography coverage for events.
Create post-event highlight videos and photo albums for internal and external use.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Maintain a content library of design files, photos, and videos.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a senior or creative-focused role.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom) or equivalent tools.
Proficiency in Canva for quick and professional content creation.
Proficiency in photography and videography, including equipment handling.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
