  • Set sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
  • Establish, maintain and expand customer base and service the needs of existing customers
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing sales figures and summarize information
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Implements sales programs by developing sales action plan
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees: following up on work results

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration.
• Minimum 5-year sales experience in IT Industry.
• Mindset and ability to provide excellent customer services.
• Possess strong interpersonal and excellent public relation skills.
• Good communication skills in English and willing to travel.
• Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet sales targets.
