  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive volume, market share, and profitability across all FMCG product lines.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure targets are achieved and team capabilities are continuously improved.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, distribution channels, and retail partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor pricing, promotions, trade terms, and stock levels to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Strong network within the FMCG retail, wholesale, and distribution sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
