• Undertake the job assigned by the Superiors.
• Enhance co-operation, communication and organizing with other departments
• Plan, direct, and supervise all activities relating to the administrative operations.
• Improves support services' quality by updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
• Directs staffing, training, Planning and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
• Ensure that sales staff members receive appropriate training to perform their jobs effectively.
• Develop business strategies and goals.
• Develop and oversee operating budget.
• Revise staff job descriptions when necessary to increase efficiency and achievement of the company’s goals, with input from staff and other appropriate resources.

Any Graduate, BBA (or) MBA preferred
• minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Sound knowledge of sales techniques & customer services
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
• Have strong communication and expanded network
• Have Leadership skill, presentation skills and management skills
• Proven ability to motivate and lead the team
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Committed to learning and development
• Strong communication skills with very good English proficiency
• Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
