- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to integrate brand into marketing campaigns. (online and offline)
- Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze data for strategic insights.-Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer relationship.
- Enhance service planning procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Prepare and present regular departmental performance reports to senior management
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Participate in the selection training and development of team members fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
- Any bachelor’s degree holder. Age between 25 to 30 years old.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and presentation skills.
- At least (2 or 3) years experience related field.
- English (Pre-Intermediate level).
- Excellent in communication skill & teamwork.
