• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and issuing stock • Coordinating with project team and custom clearance team on cargo arrival
• Enforcing adherence to government regulation requirements on warehousing, material handling and issuing
• Safety warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage systems
• Counter check warehouse inventory ground & bin-card and software data harmonizing • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Stock control as well as write off simulation and delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources.
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and safety records.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, regular checking and inspecting, issuing work order of in/ out requisitions
• Responsible to manage warehouse all security matters.
• Ensure warehouse & logistics operations smoothly for the project time line. • Monitor and random check operation procedure of Goods Receiving Department together with Internal Auditor • Ensure timely delivery through effective communication with transport and import clearance team

• Any Graduate with the relevant experience At least 5 years
• Must have Teamwork, Coordination, Organizations skills
• Good communication skills in English

• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
• Ability to multi tasks and to react well under pressure and resolves problems in a timely manner
