We are looking new team members for Distribution Training Team based in Yangon, Mandalay and Mawlamyine.

• Provide Training and Development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops
• Analyze training needs of different target audience to effectively develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs for better result
• Support and organize training platforms for new and existing training programs
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials as required.
• Perform other tasks as required from to time

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Having certification for professional sales training & development and certification financial planning is preferred
• Practical knowledge of sales process and knowledge of life insurance products will be an advantage
• Project management skills are essential
• 3-5 years of training background for professional saleforce and life insurance industry background will be an advantage.
• Proficient MS Office Skills (Excel & PPT & Access) is a must
• Well-organized, independent, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Enjoy working with people and data
• Able to keep records systematically
