Customer service, KYC change process , complaints management, supervisory if needed

  • To check and update the information in KYC update and Booking data Sheet

  • To ensure that customers are satisfied with provided customer service

  • Monitor the KYC change process.

  • Support the bank side (Maker- Checker), SPportal, Sparrow Ticketing for KYC change process

  • Ensure the effective communication between stakeholders bank side (Maker-Checker), KBZPay side & KBZPay call center 

  • To ensure to comply the SOP of flextube, SPportal, Sparrow system and follow the instructions from the Flextube, SPportal, Sparrow Lead.

  • Arrange floor plan for customer convenience (together with bank side at center sharing space with branches)

  • To perform all of duties assigned by supervisor

  • To train staff regarding their individual needs for work operation.

  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory

  • Conduct the cross selling by offering the other non-financial banking services such as mortgage, mobile banking applications, etc

  • Assist the Supervisor (Center In-charge) for record the datas, related reports, and others

  • Able to be relocated / reassigned to other KBZPay centers when necessary within the same region

  • At least one or two years experience of providing the service to the public
