Job Purpose

To perform direct sales planning & execution in assigned cluster. Provide support to the identification, training and enhancement of capabilities for promoters to smooth direct user approach and extract performance from channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute planned activites to achieve sales targets in effective and timely manner.
  • Provide product training, App training to promoters whenever necessary.
  • Oversee and manage daily operation challenges and common pitfalls.
  • To make sure effective communication of promotions, products and promoting ATOM brand to direct users.
  • Responsible and manage daily stock and cash/eMoney collection and reconciliation.
  • Report daily sales achievements and inventory management.
  • Report daily vehicle usage records and status. 
  • Ensure to resolve sales & distribution complaints by in touch with users, analysis competitor activities, seeking opportunities.
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.
  • Collaborate with CL/MCL to faciliate joint activites, events and initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3 years + experience in sales and distribution.
  • Experience in promoter driven sales will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the local market.
  • Communication Skills with proficiency in English language
