Job Purpose:
Support sales operations by coordinating activities, analyzing sales data, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is critical in maintaining streamlined processes and supporting sales teams.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Report analysis support to the regional team
  • Preparing and assisting sales reports and presentations
  • Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing schedules and appointments for the sales team.
  • Liaising with different departments (e.g., central team, cluster teams) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Effective communication in a more understandable way so that team can drive specific KPIs and support the team in achieving
  • Provide/ collect the team’s feedback and coordinate in a better way to improve the business KPI

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Command of English and Myanmar language, written & spoken
  • Extensive experience Sales related coordination 
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team.
  • Agile way of work on different points of view in reporting to support the team as required
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stake holder’s complaints and deliver the best possible solution in time

Key Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
