Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building relationships.
Prepare contract agreements and negotiate with clients to secure new business deals or amend existing contracts as needed.
Prepare reports that track client management activity and performance KPIs on specific projects.
Create and manage reports on insights obtained for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods by using Microsoft Office tools.
Initiate cold calling, build networking, and confirm meetings for generating leads.
Lead meetings, prepare and checking proposals, and diligently keep track, follow up, and respond to own leads/clients, and partners in a spontaneous and timely manner.
Establish and maintain client relationships in order to cultivate repeat business from existing clients and win new clients.
Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services by providing quality, value-added services and solutions.
Create presentations that explain products or services to potential clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure business deals are completed on time and within parameters.
Create proposals for products or services that meet the needs of clients.
Deliver active communication and a positive approach.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any business or IT related field.
Master's Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Age between 25 to 35 years.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Excellence in written & verbal communication in Myanmar & English languages is mandatory.
Problem solving skill and goal-oriented approach.
Must have experience in the Business Development Field.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
