Position Title: Student Relations Officer
Department / Team: Brand & Communications Team (in collaboration with Student Care & Success Team)
Location: Yangon (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: 600,000 MMK – 900,000 MMK per month (based on experience and English proficiency)

đ§ Job Purpose
The Student Relations Officer serves as the key bridge between Elevate Education and its student community — strengthening student relationships, communication, and overall experience.
This role focuses on organizing student engagement events, coordinating interviews and testimonials, collecting feedback, and assisting the Student Services team with applications and visa processes when required.
It’s a people-oriented position requiring good organization, communication, and collaboration across teams.
đŻ Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement & Relationship Building
- Plan and organize student dinners, meetups, and community events (in-person or virtual).

Coordinate student interviews, testimonials, and success stories for marketing and PR purposes.

Build and maintain ongoing relationships with current students and alumni studying in Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Conduct surveys and feedback collection to measure student satisfaction and engagement.

Maintain an updated student contact list and engagement database.

Support the Marketing and Studio E teams by connecting students for content creation or live interviews.

Represent Elevate Education’s tone, professionalism, and culture during all student interactions.
Student Services Support

Assist with application form checking, document submission, and visa coordination when needed.

Support student follow-up and communication during peak counseling or enrollment periods.

Maintain accurate student files and ensure data confidentiality.

Participate in pre-departure sessions and provide support for student arrangements.
Reporting & Collaboration

Work with the Brand & Communications Team to summarize student engagement data and feedback reports.

Coordinate with the Student Care & Success Team to ensure consistent and timely communication with students.

Prepare brief monthly reports summarizing engagement events, interviews, and outcomes.

Provide creative input to enhance the student experience and community connection.
đ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum of 3–4 engagement activities per quarter.

At least 10 student testimonials or interviews per month.

90% data accuracy in surveys and student databases.

Positive feedback from students and internal teams.

Timely support and responsiveness during student service operations.
