-Be responsible to support and guidance to staff
-Be responsible to review insurance claims for errors before sending them to responsible parties
-Be responsible to manage operation work to standardize and finish in time
-Be responsible for insurance operations executive process, policy documents, monitoring policy schedule and updating policy renewal status
-Be responsible to handle customers queries and feedback

-Must be bachelor degree holder
-Must be minimum 3 years working experience in relevant field
-Must be intemediate level in English
-Must be strong computer skills and ability to use necessary software
-Must be good in interpersonal and customer service skills that are required when meeting with and interviewing potential clients
