Duties & Responsibilities – Role Overview

• Conduct loss survey for Fire Insurance and IAR Insurance.
• Conduct risk survey for Fire and Motor Insurance and IAR Insurance.
• Assess the valuation on buildings and machineries for fire insurance proposal.
• Issue the underwriting survey and loss survey report.
• Coordinate with other departments and client for require information.
• Prepare daily and weekly survey route.
• Report to COO for monthly work performance.
• Understand the underwriting knowledge of Personal lines and Commercial lines.
• Products and understanding on engineering knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate customers, insurance agents and related departments.
• Efficient afford to carry out duties and ability to work any circumstances.
• Lead to the all staffs at department.

Job Requirements

• Five years’ experience in related field such as risk survey and loss survey of fire insurance and industry all risks insurance and managerial role. 
• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree (Any) and other relevant degree in Engineering.
• High level proficiency of written and spoken English.
• Strong internal personal skills, communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office skills and e-mail & internet using.
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and Negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under circumstances.
