Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Sales & After-Sales Service Engineer. This role focuses on providing professional after-sales service, solving technical issues, and supporting customers with product knowledge, while also driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional after-sales service and technical support to customers.

  • Conduct site surveys to identify and resolve product-related issues.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems efficiently.

  • Prepare, present, and send quotations to clients based on customer requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

  • Learn and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of all company products.

  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal staff when necessary.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential market areas and execute sales programs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective technical solutions.

  • Support sales activities by providing technical advice and recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.

  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in technical sales, after-sales service, or a similar role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel for site surveys and customer visits.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.

  • Must have Sanitary ware knowledge
  • Excel and PowerPoint need to be used
