A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1) Responsible for technical support covering all TOA products as Sales & Marketing Department or customer request
2) Interact closely with Sales & Marketing team to understand customer requirements and problems
(Preparation Sample board,Sample panel and all requirements from Sale & Marketing team or customer )
3) Analyze root cause of each technical problem or customer complain receiving from customers and dealers and
provide preliminary effective solution and contact with QC or concern parties to solve problem as fast as possible
4) Responsible for training products and application system ,Presentation and Seminar to internal and external parties as Sale and Marketing request
5) Monitor paint application work at project site
6) Update and train product knowledge to customers and internal parties ie. sales & marketing team
7) Other duties may be assigned as required

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1) Education Level Bachelor degree of chemical engineering/Chemical science
2) Experience Minimum 2-5 years experience in Technical Service /QC or related field
3) Others
- Strong problem solving and team management
- High service minded and excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good command of English is required
- Computer literacy (MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail)
