• Handling Cash management of staffs advance and supplier payable.• To make sure prepare the document of every payment receipt and receivable voucher. Complete to check with correct job ref.• To do for all Training Team process.• Daily physical cash count with Finance Officer.• Internal invoice issue• Assist in admin tasks such as ordering warehouse supplies and other tax process at internal office revenue.• Warehouse asset inventory record• Assist to do warehouse visit hotel and vehicle arrangement

• 2+ years of accounting experience and administration.• Bachelor degree• Diploma of Business Administration• Proficiency in internet email and Microsoft Excel• Hard-working attitude• Takes initiative and responsibility• Can actually work under pressure
