လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

University Degree or more prefer MBA Degree

At least 3 years experience designing and delivering training

Strong planning and organization skills

Ability to prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across geographies, cultures, business units and at all levels of the organization

Strong problem diagnosis and resolving skills, developing options and implementing solutions

Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation

Computer - MS Office, PowerPoint & Internet, Email
