  • Responsible for monitoring and preparing the Onepay transaction statements within the SLA and for accuracy and maintaining daily reports for the HOD
  • Transaction monitoring provides Anti Money Laundering (AML) subject matter knowledge to investigations/operational staff to help them understand AML requirements as they relate to their function
  • Monitor and handle daily transactions that; are received from the System
  • Monitor, review and investigate transactions
  • Prepare transaction statements in accordance with the service parameters, and SOP and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with the team for updated guidelines and internal teams as well if required
  • Immediately inform the appropriate supervisor of any irregular issues or transactions
  • Escalate to management for any challenges that will have an impact on daily operation
  • Know the task scope and meet by ensuring quality compliance

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Must have experience working in the financial services industry
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
  • Good presentation skills, people skills and team player
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible to work in shift assignments if required
  • Multi-task and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good command in English language
