To lead and oversee Atom Business Group IT operations & developments for BG products including smart IOT, Cloud, Broadband, connectivity, Mobile etc.  Ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and customer-driven product innovation, while coordinating with IT on infrastructure and enterprise-wide technology alignment.

Strategic Leadership & Commercial Integration

• Act as the primary IT leader within the Business Group, ensuring all digital solutions and IT initiatives support commercial goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement smart, scalable products and services, particularly in the IoT/ICT, Mobile operator Business offerings.
• Developing and implementing product strategies that are in line with the company’s vision and goals
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as brand and marketing, customer care, customer journey to develop go-to-market strategies, technology etc.

IT Product Development

• Lead and manage the in-house BG IT development team responsible for creating and maintaining digital tools, automation journeys, platforms, and applications tailored to BG needs.
• Prioritize digital innovation and agile delivery to enable time-to-market and competitive differentiation.
• Understanding global and local market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to plan and design product features and roadmap

Smart Product Leadership

• Drive smart product strategy, development, and lifecycle management (IoT, ICT solutions) in close collaboration with commercial and product teams.
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.
• Communicating the updates of product performance, strategies, roadmap and go-to-market strategies to the management

 Project & Program Management

• Oversee key IT projects and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners as needed to deliver results.
• Full ownership of cloud and IoT products: product development, sourcing alignment, budget alignment, project management, pricing, strategies, competitor analysis, market analysis, business case, etc.
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and business metrics to inform product updates or enhancements

Governance & Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with the main IT team on infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture standards, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Working with various teams such as sales, brand and marketing, legal, information technology, network, business security, partners and vendors to develop new products or enhance existing ones

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team across Business IT and smart product functions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Overviewing, coaching and leading ICT/IoT product team

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in computing, network, database and storage
• Experience in cloud computing and network
• Strong experience in product development, product management and pricing
• Strong experience in public cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and infrastructure
• Experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within commercial or telecom environments.
• Proven track record in managing IT development, smart product innovation, and digital transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to connect technology with business goals.
