Manage inventories and ensure monthly and yearly stock take is conducted properlySupervise daily ground stockPlan and assign man power for warehouse operations and delivery Ensure safety requirement are met in warehouse operations .Ensure good housekeeping and 5S practices are in place at the warehouseEnsure materials and finished goods are received, stored and issued as per SOPPlan and control warehouse space
Ensure identification of materials and goods in the warehouseMaintaining proper documentations and records and checklists
Prepare reports for warehouse management

•At least 5 years of proven working experience as Distribution and delivery management•Record of successful distribution management•Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff•Proficient in standard software•Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills•Having strong communication skills to manage the internal and external •Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills•Good personal presentation•Ability to make Decisions under pressure
