Operate daily activities under the guidance of respective In-charge. Inventory employees ensure the stocks management system and stock distribution. Ensure the data recording, listing and filing. Ability to arrange and complete to all given tasks in the working environment, on time. Logistic thinking also needs to handle devices upon inventory management system

• Checking the correctness of purchased items with the (Invoice/DO). Receiving goods and make an accurate inventory and keep it organized in the warehouse.
• Arrange to issuance of material signed by relevant Inventory internal staff.
• Responsible for ensure accurate inventory list and issue of materials for delivery.
• Regular checking to types of material, quantities, stock balances in the warehouse.
• Arrange the returned materials from the respective business units shall be properly
• Manage to stored and sent to the repair sections for necessary checking.
• Arrange properly for returned devices to be sorted into good or damaged categories of the devices verified and repaired by the service team.
• Ensure the accurate inventory list of damaged machines must be kept separately and
• Arranged systematically for necessary disposal procedures.
• Preventive inspections must be scheduled regularly to prevent damage to warehouse equipment due to (pests, expiration, and natural disasters).
• Must be able to carry out for the day-to-day operations of the other Inventory related processes if necessary.
• Inventory employee ensures the ICT Devices Management, quality checking and filing manually and listing computerized.
• Arrange the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory maintain and developing plan for loss mitigation.
• Implement accurate necessary statistics between other relevant teams as well as the ability to interpret, record keeping and analyze large amounts of data.

• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experiences
• Minimum 5 years in related Inventory control and logistic experience
•  Good communication and language skill
• Critical thinking upon time management
• Ability to multi-tasking of office equipment using. (Printing, scanning and code generators)
• Microsoft Office, proper email usagesAccount experiences about inventory system (filing, computerized, listing and report)
