We are a newly established fertilizer manufacturing and distribution company dedicated to supplying high-quality agricultural inputs. As we expand production and distribution, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety and efficiency across our storage facilities.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching fertilizer products.

• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimise shrinkage.

• Manage warehouse layout, storage systems, and material handling equipment to optimise space and workflow.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling and storage of agricultural inputs.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability and deliveries.

• Oversee documentation, warehouse records, and compliance for audits and inspections.

Warehouse Incharge - (1 Post), 

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching fertilizers.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of all materials.

• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in physical inventory audits.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Warehouse Clerk - (1 Post)

• Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately in warehouse ledgers and computer systems.

• Assist in stock counting and inventory reconciliation.

• Prepare reports on stock levels, shipments, and warehouse transactions.

Warehouse Manager's Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations; at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Experience in fertilizer, agriculture inputs, or FMCG logistics is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory control best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to create reports and analyze data.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Warehouse Incharge's Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience; experience in fertilizer or agro-inputs industry is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word).

Warehouse Clerk's Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory systems.
