Summary

A warehouse manager oversees a warehouse's daily operations, including the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while managing staff, inventory, and safety. Involved in leading teams, managing budgets, optimizing space, and maintaining compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate processes. Ensuring a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, and making sure they are sorted, labelled, and stored per company standards and policies. Ensuring delivery deadlines and quality objectives are met. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Inventory Control:
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits, minimizing stockouts and overstocking to control costs and improve traceability.
• Staff Supervision:
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and assigning tasks to ensure productivity and a positive work environment.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Implement and enforce strict safety and workplace health standards, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Budget & Resource Management:
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, plan expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize material and labor costs.
• Logistics & Vendor Coordination:
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and clients to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, resolve logistics issues, and ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement new best practices.
• Utilizing technology, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) can enhance efficiency.

• Leadership Skill, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Technical Proficiency Skills, Logistics & Supply Chain Knowledge:
• Bachelor's Degree in any Field  
• Good English Speaking / Reading, and Writing 
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (or) MBA 
• At Least ( 5 ) Years  of Experience working in a Warehouse or Distribution 
• Age Between 30 and 45 
• More prefer the Chinese Language and can use WMS Software
