Job purpose:
Assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast moving environment. Responsible for the day to day management of stock within the warehouse function, to ensure to meet the branches requirements, ensuring to comply with standard operating procedures. Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse. Act independently at the organizational level. Outcomes reviewed by organisational head. Decisions and results have an impact on the function and team success.

Job Description:
 Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring to understood and practiced by the team at all times.
 Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
 Ensure the branch orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of POSM meets branch’s requirements.
 Supervise and control POSM packaging, stock in, stock out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
 Deliver efficiencies to support year on year operational budget reduction.
 Able to delivery POSM to the branch via the bus gate urgently upon request.
 Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals and report to Manager.
 Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the procedures and requirements.
 Deliver POSM to the branches on time, every time using appropriate methods is essential.

 Any bachelor degree holders
 Flexible and Excellent communication
 Individual and Self- Driving Skill
 High levels of motivation and action orientated
 Basic IT skills and computer literacy
 Good data entry and typing skills
 Must have good communication manner and attitude.
 Being able to adapt new situations and environments is important
 The confidence to work in the challenging environment and rounded thinking is essential
