Follows Talent Acquisition policy and procedures lay down by ARH and ensure for its compliance. Implements recruitment strategy and gives advice to superior in order to establish proper recruitment strategy and retention plan. Assists to superior in Liaising with business units and management for manpower requesting, staffing and giving advice to superior in order to deploy manpower mitigation plan. Manage the process of Talent Acquisition and conducts job interview and ensures for smooth functioning. Collects data for analysis on labor market of health care service industry and assists to superior in developing proper employee retention plan. Manages applications arrangement and create vacancy announcement process in order to get reputable and proper announcement among public. Manages in employment contract renewal and termination process of the contractors. Performs exit interview process and analyses turnover data in order to support the employee retention plan of ARH. Prepares annual and monthly reports of the department and present to superior. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and instructed by immediate superior of HR Division.
