Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and report to Management team for current and future action plans.
Oversee treasury, accounting, tax, internal audit, and investor relations functions.
Manage cash flow, receivable and payable in line with company policy and capital structure.
Analyzing financial data and Developing plan for the financial growths.
Monitoring to publish timely monthly financial statements and report to Management with recommended action plan.
Ensure accurate financial reporting is in compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Communication with all service providers for financial process efficiency and effectiveness .
Negotiating official deals for the Company’s best interest.
Building relationship with key service providers, investor, auditors, Banks and legal counsel.
Drive financial and operational KPIs, improving overall financial performance.
Ensure internal controls and risk management systems is managed efficiencly.
Develop accounting and financial policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and best interest of stake holders.
Stay updated on financial regulations and implement necessary compliance frameworks.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA in Finance
Proven experience as Financial Controller, or CFO with leadership skills.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards and able to take proactive action plan
Demonstrated success in capital raising, investor relations, and strategic financial planning
Expertise in financial analysis, and plan ahead of financial performance management
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
