We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation Job fair Mandalay on 15-November-2026 at Mingalar Mandalay Hotel.

• Record and maintain accurate raw material inventory transactions in the accounting system.
• Verify raw material receipts, issues, transfers, returns and adjustments with proper supporting documents.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
• Monitor raw material inventory balances and investigate unusual or significant variances.
• Reconcile Finance inventory records with Store/Warehouse records on a regular basis.
• Reconcile book balances with physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Store, Production and Purchasing Departments to resolve inventory variances.
• Monitor and report shortage, excess stock, damaged, expired and obsolete raw materials.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for inventory adjustments.
• Verify the value of raw materials based on purchase invoices and related costs.
• Calculate the consumption of production raw material costs.
• Check the treatment of freight, import charges and other directly attributable costs where applicable.
• Record and maintain the supplier ledger and check supplier payments.
• Coordinate with the Cost Accountant/Finance team for production costing and inventory valuation.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments by Finance Director.

• Any Bachelor's Degree; B.Econ (Economics) is preferred.

• LCCI Level III (UK) or Diploma in Accounting and Business (ACCA Part 1).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounting or Finance.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and familiar with Multimedia and Internet applications.

• Knowledge of Accounting Software.

• Ability to prepare Monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Reports.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
