  • Enter receipt transactions (cash & bank) into Excel for customer service records.
  • Prepare and process Sales Invoices, Sales Vouchers, and FOC for MIB-FMCG Distribution and submit to CA.
  • Record Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes, and track stock differences in Excel.
  • Prepare Receipt Vouchers for MIB-FMCG sales.
  • Generate monthly reports and year-end stock-taking difference reports (warehouse).
  • Check and verify sales transaction refunds from cashiers.
  • Maintain and review price lists for distribution and FOC claims.
  • Monitor main warehouse stock files (YGN & MLM).
  • Verify monthly live sales data, promotion sales amounts, price list files and product codes provided by Junior Accountants.

  • Must have any bachelor’s degree, LCCI Level III (UK).
  • At least 3 years of experience as account executive/ accountant in a Trading or Distribution Company.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office Word.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills.
