We are looking for a meticulous and honest Shop Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of our wholesale shop. You will be the primary person responsible for ensuring every transaction is recorded accurately and that our spending remains within expectations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has a "detective’s eye" for identifying financial discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Record Keeping: Perform accurate daily logging of all income from customers, wholesale buyers and all operational expenses.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present clear monthly reports summarizing total sales, expenses, and net profit.
Internal Auditing: Regularly monitor cash flow to identify and report any discrepancies, missing funds, or unusual spikes in spending.
Bank & Cash Reconciliation: Ensure that physical cash on hand matches digital records and bank statements at the end of each day.
Documentation: Organize and file all invoices, receipts, and vouchers systematically.

Education: LCCI Level 2 or 3 certification.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in retail or wholesale accounting is preferred.
