  • Review and authorize journal entries in SAP S4H ERP system and Flexcube Core Banking system, ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Ensure to record monthly cost accruals correctly and perform reversals when actual invoices are received.

  • Liaise with procurement and internal departments to ensure approval workflows are followed and invoices are submitted before month-end closing.

  • Assist to line manager in preparing prepaid schedules, recurring entries, and other monthly closing tasks in SAP.

  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned GLs and report the findings to managers within deadlines.

  • Review and analyze expense GLs, identify unusual movements.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • Assist in internal and external audit requirements, preparing documentation.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks or special projects assigned by the line manager or CFO.
