  • Conduct fixed asset verification and warehouse ground stock checks
  • Prepare stock-taking and reconciliation reports
  • Support monthly closing stock process
  • Monitor stock movements and stock control procedures
  • Assist with audit schedules and financial documentation

  • Minimum LCCI Level III or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, formulas, etc.)
  • Experience with accounting software (Odoo preferred)
  • Able to travel to site warehouses when required
  • Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible
