Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounting Manager (Payable) to oversee the accounts payable function, ensure accurate financial processing, and support strong internal controls in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and timely payment processing.
● Monitor vendor balances, reconcile statements, and resolve payment discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, tax rules, and accounting standards in all payable transactions.
● Review journal entries, accruals, and month-end closing tasks related to payables and expenses.
● Supervise and guide accounting staff to maintain accuracy, deadlines, and efficient workflow.
● Prepare payable reports, cash flow forecasts, and management updates to support financial planning.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification is an advantage.
● Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to accounts payable and team supervision.
● Solid knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and month-end closing procedures.
● Proficient in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems; able to manage data accurately.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
● Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or machinery-related businesses is preferred.

● Understanding of logistics, import/export, shipping documents, freight charges, and related financial transactions.

● Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
