- Arrange to complete for supply requisitions, stationary
- Maintain and update office service contracts such as security , office ferry and branch office rental
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Supervise for admin staffs, drivers and cleaners
- Maintain and control Office Building , Vehicles and generator
- Arrangement of vehicle transportation and regular vehicle maintenance
- Arrangement of office vehicles way request
- Visiting card ordering and issuing to employees
- Arrange travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
- Perform other related duties as required

- Any Graduate , Office Management or relevant Certificate/Diploma
- Over 3 years experiences as a Admin Executive in related field

- Proficient in English Language 4 Skills (Intermediate Level)

- Must be computer literate
- Full knowledge of office management systems and producers
- Strong organization skills, problem solving skills and time management skills
