Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide prospective families and students through the admissions journey
• Provide clear, detailed information about our academic programs and admissions process
• Conduct school tours, arrange interviews, and support application procedures
• Assist Chinese-speaking parents with translation and effective communication
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach and engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and business-level English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
• Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or education is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
