  • Manage the daily updating of sales invoices, contracts, delivery orders, and consignments in the database or filing system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate daily due invoices for collection and verify these invoices each evening to assess actual cash collected and identify any outstanding amounts.
  •  Allocate incoming payments to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely posting.
  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively engage with customers to resolve payment issues.
  •  Maintain an updated aging report and coordinate with the collections, sales and services team to minimize overdue balances.
  •  Generate monthly and yearly financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports, cash collections, and bad debt analysis.
  •  Analyze trends and identify potential credit risks, recommending actions to improve collection processes and efficiency.
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards related to accounts receivable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account receivable or similar accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have LCCI level II & III.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Advance Excel.
