  • Architectural Building Thinking, Concept and Creation. 
  • Able to handle space management, color management and necessary consideration
  • Able to do exterior architecture and interior projects from schematic design to construction drawings
  • Review and analyze on the architectural plans and design
  • Work with clients, consultants and site team
  • Prefer to prepare for building permit application
  • To do regular site visits to check on progress and can solve problems that arise during construction
  • Able to handle other related specific tasks as assigned

  • Minimum Diploma in Architectural or equivalence
  • 1 - 3 years’ experiences in related field
  • Have a professional knowledge in architectural materials and construction methods
  • Good skills in AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3 Dmax, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop and MS office
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and conceptual skills
  • Can work under pressure and good in time management
  • Must have “Positive” and “Can do” attitude
