A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Performing regular checking & monitoring on cleaning tasks such as vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Supervising and training other members of the housekeeping staff
  • Managing the purchasing and inventory of supplies for the housekeeping department
  • Scheduling and arranging for cleaning services as needed, such as carpet cleaning or extermination services
  • Scheduling and arranging for deep cleaning projects
  • Scheduling and arranging for pest control service if required meet with service provider
  • Scheduling and arranging for landscaping service if required meet with service provider
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that vacant units are ready for Tenants upon viewing
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate staff member for resolution
  • Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Assist and report to Center Manager / Facility Manager and parallel to Housekeeping Manager

  • Minimum (5) years working experience
  • Bachelor Degree in any area
  • Computer Skill (Microsoft Office)
