•    Develop client database by analyzing current market trends, conditions, and competitor information in real estate markets.
•    Make contact and develop relationships, cold calls and visit to the potential clients.
•    Recommend appropriate preference to clients and lead prospects to selections.
•    Generate new leads in accordance with the prospects and company’s position in the industry.
•    Handle documentation carefully including leasing contracts and client databases.
•    Keep relationship with existing tenants on renewals, collecting payments and handling the complaints.
•    Coordinate with across departments to ensure all structured deals and terms can be satisfied as well establishing and enforcing organization standards.
•    Get contacts, maintain relationship and extend the industry networks.
•    Report weekly/monthly and annually for leasing status.
•    Ad-hoc assignments as needed by Line Manager and Dept. Head.

•    Bachelor’s Degree, plus diploma in sales and marketing will be preferable.
•    minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
