A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the Warehouse and Warehousing Operations in accordance with new SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Ensure that the required space, handling equipment and labors are timely prepared and organized before the incoming goods are arrived at the warehouse.
  • Ensure that required documents   for the incoming shipments are thoroughly verified and the trucks / containers are properly checked before unloading.
  • Ensure that all Good No 1 products are properly unloaded, handled, moved, stacked in accordance with the guideline for handling & storage standards.
  • Ensure that all Good No 1 products are properly stored maintained, regularly checked & monitored and managed to have effective storage space in the warehouse.
  • Manage to properly pick, pack and identify to be issued for the good orders from sales units.
  • Prepare MSR – Monthly Stock Report and submit it to MD, SMT and other working unit heads by the end of every month.
  • Ensure that daily delivery requests and are timely received from requestors and required daily delivery plan/schedule are prepared.
  • Ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and preliminary morning checks are properly carried out before delivery.
  • Ensure that respective delivery routes vs goods to be loaded are properly prepared.
  • Manage required communication, operation and coordination with other internal working units for logistics and warehousing issues.
  • Manage performance appraisal for each Delivery Staffs.

  • University Degree Holder (Preferably Certification in Logistics & Supply Chain) 
  • Minimum five years in logistics operation and management 
  • Good understanding and experience in warehousing and delivery management
  • Familiarity with SOP implementation and practices
  • Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
  • Proficiency in written English and Burmese languages.
  • Strong motivation and initiation 
  • Good communication, leadership and supervision skill
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skill
  • Capacity to work under pressure
