• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, dispatch, and workflow efficiency.
• Support business development activities by providing operational insights, logistics support, and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations within warehouse operations.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, and Procurement to support business objectives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new projects, expansions, and operational improvements.
• Train, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, operational challenges, and business support activities for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or business support roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
• Ability to support business development initiatives with operational expertise
