For Chan Yin Industries Ltd_Glass Manufacturing (Mingaladon Township)

 - Develop and Implement HR Policies and Procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
 - Manage the end- to end recruitment process from job posting and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace Culture.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and coordinate professional development opportunities.
- Manage Employee benefits, Compensation and government processes concerns SSB, PIT and etc.,
- Ensure compliance with labor law and regulation, staying informed about changes and updating policies accordingly.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters and terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Oversee attendance, Leave Management and HR documentation.
- Manage performance management systems (KPI/OKRs) to ensure employee productivity and growth.
- Support Leadership with workforce planning and HR Strategies and HR Functions.
- Ensure Training need assessments and prepare planning.
- Supervise and coordinate day- to- day administrative operations.
-  Manage Office and Factory facilities including space planning, Maintenance, Vehicle and fuel usage.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, filling and document management.
- Implement and maintain efficient office and factory procedures and systems.
- Manage Office Budgets and expense, ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Be able to handle factory, Head Office and Warehouse and Kitchen, HR and Admin related issues.
- Other Job assign by Management and report to General Manager.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3 years and above as managerial roles in HR and Admin field and prefer factory experiences.
  • Age between 30~ 45 years.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and Communication, problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Office and general HR software.
  • Must be able to travel.

Working Time    - (8:30) Am - (4:30) PM
Working Days    - Monday to Friday (Saturday: 8:30am to 3:30pm)
OFF Day            - Sunday & Public Holiday
