  •  Ensuring that individual and team performances align with the company’s strategic goals.
  •  Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Support business planning and forecasting by contributing data and performance-driven insights.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management, applying relevant insights to the fintech environment.
  • Assist the senior management team in developing board-level and executive presentations, including structuring slides, visualizing data, and drafting talking points.
  • Translate complex performance data into simple, compelling visuals and narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimun two years experiences in business performance management, data analytic, business intelligence or related roles.
  • Familiarity with fintech, digital banking, or mobile wallet business models is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI & Advance Excel.
  • Excellent business acumen with a strong understanding of operational and financial metrics.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, especially in visualizing data for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
